I hate selling things. If you've been here very long, you are already aware of this, and my propensity to whine about it. LOL
The process of finding a buyer worries me, the having to go talk to unknown post office workers to get shipping estimates worries me, the entire time the package is shipping I worry it will be lost, and really I don't feel better till I get the final response from the buyer that they have the doll and are happy!
However, I really want the Luna faceplates to complete my hybrid, and I want a custom faceup for those faceplates, so some things had to go. I actually have three BJDs, 2 Ellowynes, and one Kish Chrysalis that I'd like to move on, as they do not get enough attention (in most of those cases, read: NONE) here.
The only one who's a bit difficult to part with is Abbie, my Littlefee Bonnie. She really is a beautiful little doll, and I really like her - I just seem to be a One Littlefee kind of person. And that's Emily, my Ante.
Sometimes more of something you love isn't better!
So over on Doa:
Abbie (Littlefee Bonnie)
Aidolls Little Jr Darea (with bonus Hades head)
Bluefairy Tinyfairy Emilie

Now to brace myself. I really, really need to list the other three on ebay, but ebay terrifies me! I don't even buy from there if I can find an alternative... LOL
I really feel for you. I have a couple of dolls I wouldn't mind selling, but I'm too overwhelmed with the stress of what you've just said to even begin listing them. Of course, I'm also wanting to start my own online business so I really need to get over these fears!
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with your sales!
Thanks for the kind words! :) Overwhelmed is a good word for it! (I've been talking about putting those three on ebay for about a year now... LOL)
DeleteYou are much braver than I am, to start a business! I usually put up only one item, to get myself started, when I have to sell things; it seems easier that way! I will be very glad when these things are sold and safely with their new owners.
