Another Bout Of Finishing

I've managed to aquire a small pile of sweaters, all for Emily, which have now been sitting there waiting for buttons/snaps/etc.  ;)

I guess I know what I'll be doing on the weekend!

On a whim last week, I decided to try Wovenflame's Hoodie pattern for Pukis on 2.25mm needles, using Palette (Fingering Weight) yarn...and you know what?  With very little modification, it fits Emily great!   The first one I think I made the hood rather extravagantly big, but I'm better pleased with the second one.  I used some self-striping sock yarn for the second one, and I think it came out rather neat!


I did short sleeves for both Hoodies, as it is that time of year.  Well, in theory it is.  In actuality it's cold, windy, and it's been raining for a week straight now.  But still...Spring IS on the way... :)
