Back to Emily...

I rewarded myself for doing the finishing of three things for the 18 inch doll wardrobe by taking a break to knit something for Emily.  It seems so much faster (and takes so much less yarn!!) to make something for her than the bigger dolls.

I used some leftover self-patterning sock yarn, because I love the cheerful summer colours so much.

Of course, the sweater is held closed at the back with a pin for these pictures, as I couldn't wait till I put the snaps on! ;)

Now this looks like a relaxing way to spend an afternoon!

    Awww she's lovely and so is her new knitted top. The self patterning yarn is very pretty, I love how it ... well...self patterns! LOL I guess you could say it does what it says on the packet!!!

      It really does! I did fuss a little when there would have been a colour change in the middle of the front, but for the most part, it does all the work for you! :D
