These little boxes contained Christmas presents, and looked like just the right size for a bed for Edith, once the lid was cut off!
Of course, like any self-respecting cat, she has no interest in actually staying in the specially-designated "Cat bed."
Claire's lap is much more comfortable. :)
Ah yes, Edith is far too smart to fall for that....
ReplyDeleteYesterday, my kid cleaned out her toy storage boxes which left one empty and sure enough, the cat found it and slept in there all night long. In the morning, the kid lined it with a cushion to make it official and, sure enough, the cat has not been interested in it since. Classic cat.
Cat logic is baffling, isn't it. It was a great napping spot until it was "officially" a napping spot! LOL

ReplyDeleteIt is strange how cats never choose their cat beds to sleep in preferring (at least in this house), laps or anything resembling clothing on the floor, shopping bags too!
Yes - the obsession with shopping bags is particularly odd, but I guess they like the noise they make! LOL You'd think they would prefer a nice soft bed!
DeleteTypical cat!! I'm sure though that Claires lap is far nicer....and warmer too! It's great to see Claire back on your blog, you dress her so nicely and she poses really well, as you'd expect from a FL Mini Fee!!
